I see and hear from a lot of mums out there trying to take the easy way out when it comes to shifting weight.

Wanting that quick fix. 
Wanting results NOW but aren’t prepared to do the work to get there. 
Telling themselves they “don’t have time” or that they “can’t afford it” 
Talking themselves out of trying something outside of their comfort zone like “I don’t know how to do a push up” when they haven’t even tried….

Sure we all have a comfort zone, but you won’t see results unless you step out of it.

Don’t worry, I have done exactly the same thing. I’ve tried diet pills. I did a crazy 500 calories a day diet. Tried the shake diet, you know the one were you just drink liquid and no real food (like actual physical real food)? Yeah, that one. I’ve avoided the things I thought were too hard. I’ve been inconsistent. I’ve made up stories and excuses in my head as to why I can’t commit.

Sure, I’m a PT and I’m apparently supposed to be a walking billboard for health and fitness but I myself get stuck in a rut from time to time.

But not anymore.

So if you want to improve your health and fitness…..
If you are sick of staying where you are……
If you are over seeing those scales go up…..
If you want to be able to run around with your kids without feeling exhausted……
If you want to feel healthy, happy and strong….

It’s time to COMMIT!

Stop the stories. 
Stop the excuses. 
Stop holding yourself back.

There’s a difference between being interested and being commited. 
When you’re interested in doing something, you do it only when it’s convenient. 
When you’re committed to something, you accept NO excuses; only results!
